Booking Policy

Welcome to Rio Piedra Farm. Please find below our booking policy, which details the procedures and terms associated with booking accommodation and activities at our agritourism estate. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservation Process
  • Reservation Request: Reservations can be made through our Website (www.riopiedrafarm.com), by phone at (+507) 6673-0047, or by email at reservas@riopiedrafarm.com.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once we receive your booking request, we will send you an email confirmation that will include your booking details and payment information. Your reservation will be subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the corresponding payment or deposit.
2. Rates and Payments
  • Rates: Accommodation and activity rates are indicated on our Website and are subject to change. Prices DO NOT include taxes, fees, additional services.
  • Payment Methods: We accept several payment methods, including: credit cards, bank transfers, online payments.
  • Deposits: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total value of your reservation may be required. The amount of the deposit and the conditions for its refund will be specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policies
  • Cancellation by Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 5 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 days in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost.
  • Cancellation by the Estate: In the event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a relocation to an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Modifications to the Reserve
Modifications to your reservation, such as changes in dates or the number of guests, must be requested 3 days in advance and will be subject to availability. Changes may imply adjustments to the cost of the reservation.
5. Arrival and Departure
  • Arrival Time: Arrival time is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If your arrival time is different, please contact us in advance to arrange delivery of the keys.
  • Departure Time: Departure time is 4:00 PM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
6. Use Policies
  • Farm Rules: During your stay, you must comply with all farm rules and regulations. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
  • Liability for Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to your account.
7. Safety and Responsibility
  • Personal Responsibility: You and your companions must follow the instructions of the estate staff regarding safety and use of the facilities.
  • Travel Insurance: We have civil liability insurance for all our visitors, however, it is recommended that guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events. during your stay.
8. Additional Information
Any additional services, such as guided activities, meals or excursions, must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges will be specified at the time of booking.
