Walking activities do not require specific equipment. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing, such as sports or hiking clothing (visitors must bring their own equipment). Panama is characterized by having a humid and tropical climate. Depending on the region, we can find areas with more moderate temperatures, but, in general, the average temperature ranges around 27\u00baC - 28\u00baC. There are two well-defined climatic seasons: the dry and the rainy.
